The Estonian Transport Administration uses digital signatures approved by the Estonian Government. Manuals are submitted in PDF format. Once signed, they are returned to the ATO in "Digidoc" format. To verify the identity of the inspector who signed the document, it is necessary to download DIGIDOC. More information is provided
